Individual Therapy for Adults
55 mins, $175 self-pay (Sliding scale available); many commercial insurances are also accepted
I offer individual therapy for adults who are navigating relationship challenges, burnout, self-worth, and the impact of addiction—either their own or a loved one’s. My work is especially well-suited for people who are often seen as the reliable one: the helper, the fixer, the caretaker. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what’s been holding you back, and begin making meaningful change. Individual therapy involves 55 minute sessions, in-person or via telehealth.
Clinical Supervision
60 mins, $100, 4 hour monthly minimum
I’m a board-approved supervisor in Texas and offer weekly supervision for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure. My approach is theory-informed, reflective, and rooted in curiosity, supporting you as you grow your clinical skills and professional identity. Before we begin, I meet with potential supervisees to ensure clarity and fit. Supervision is provided under a formal contract and follows all state requirements.

In our first few sessions, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in—whether it’s a recent turning point or something you’ve been carrying for a long time. From there, we’ll develop a working understanding of the patterns shaping your experiences and tailor our approach to your goals.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on to begin. Many clients come in simply knowing they want something to feel different.
FAQ
-
In our first few sessions, I want to understand what brought you here—whether it’s a current crisis or a quieter sense of feeling stuck. If you’re in active crisis, we’ll start by stabilizing things so you feel grounded and supported. You can’t fix the roof while the storm is still raging.
If things feel more steady, we’ll begin with a thorough history and identify what you’d like to focus on. From there, we’ll start connecting the dots—looking at how past experiences shape the present and exploring ways to shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy is a unique relationship, with structure, boundaries, and a clear purpose, but it’s still a human connection. It can take time to feel comfortable opening up, and moments of disconnection are part of the process. That’s okay.
As a relational therapist, I see the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool for growth. If something doesn’t feel quite right, whether it’s the pace, the process, or the dynamic between us, I welcome that conversation. Often, how we show up in therapy mirrors how we show up in other parts of life, and naming what’s happening in the room can lead to meaningful insight and change

I wish I could give a short answer but the truth is, it depends. Some people feel immediate relief just from naming what’s been going on and envisioning a way forward. For others, it gets harder before it gets easier.
Creating change is absolutely possible but it’s also uncomfortable. As you move away from numbing habits (whether it’s substances, scrolling, overworking, or trying to control everything), you may start feeling things you’ve worked hard to avoid.
Healing isn’t linear. My job is to help you feel safe enough to face what’s coming up and keep going, even when it’s hard. Over time, things will shift towards more clarity, more ease, more trust in yourself. That’s what we’re working toward.

If you need a higher level of care than talk therapy can provide, or support outside my scope, I’ll help you find the right next step. I maintain relationships with trusted providers and programs across the country to make thoughtful, appropriate referrals when needed. You deserve care that truly fits.

I welcome referrals for adults (ages 18+) seeking individual therapy, especially those navigating relationship stress, recovery, and burnout. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and recovery-supportive. I am happy to collaborate with other providers as appropriate and can offer availability updates upon request.
